I’ve always known that I wanted to work in an industry that allowed me to share my knowledge by helping and getting to know people. After graduating from UCLA, I obtained my real estate license and opened my own office in 1979. Real estate was an exciting field but as I got to know my clients, I realized that all of their needs couldn’t be met just through our services. Thus, in 1990, I opened up the mortgage branch of our company to provide a one-stop-shop experience for our clients. I help our clients by offering complete mortgage services, including purchases and refinancing, for residential, commercial and industrial properties. As a broker, it is especially exciting to help our clients purchase their desired property and shop for a loan with their trusted broker. We recently enhanced this concept by also establishing an in-house escrow branch.
For the last 41 years, my team and I have had the unique opportunity to learn and adapt to the constant changes of our industry. Even though we have evolved, our company objectives have never changed: complete client satisfaction, closing escrows on time, unparalleled communication and customer service. My main focus will always be helping my clients by sharing the best loan programs tailored to their personal needs while being a trustworthy and reliable friend.
